Archived What’s New:

June 2014—Gaia’s nine gorgeous puppies are in the process of going to their new homes, and we’re sad and glad.  Sad to say goodby but so glad that they’re going off to people who will love them and make their lives truly special.  Eight of the nine are going to wonderful show homes—an occurrence that has filled us with wonder—and the ninth could be going into the ring, too, but has a marvelous family waiting for her outside the show world.  One of the girls has elected to stay here with us.  Much to our surprise, she said, “I’m not going anywhere!”  We hadn’t expected this and aren’t too sure what to make of it, since we were one over our self imposed limit already!  Her name is Viva (Dhu Mohr Gentom Viva La Difference), and here she is (she’s the one on the left):

January 2014—Our beautiful Gaia (Dhu Mohr Gentom Peace on Earth) has been bred and we’re hoping for puppies in early April!!  Stay tuned for more info!

Heeere’s Gaia!

December 2013--Flyer produced 13 puppies last August with Marylane Brett’s Tallulah (Ch. Windmoor’s Tenacious Tallulah)!!  All pups are loving life in their new homes!

May 2013--Flyer is now about 18 months old, and we just returned from the Scottish Deerhound Club of America National Specialty, where our confidence in him was rewarded!  He not only won Best in Futurity, but went on to win Winners Dog and Best of Winners, along with Best Bred by Exhibitor in show in a very big entry!!  We and our co-breeders Tom and Jean Rhodes, of Gentom Deerhounds in England, couldn't be prouder of him!!  Pictures of him doing this are below:
